Trails were groomed tonight. Conditions are still quite good with the exception of the south facing slopes of the Inner and Outer Red which have bare spots, the Inner Purple in the pit which has a large ice area(Not Recommended to ski) and the Yellow trail from the Pavilion to Orange which is lacking snow coverage. There are some icy areas in various locations along the trails. These will soften when the temperature rises above zero. It looks like another day of skiing tomorrow.

The conditions for Sunday will be similar to today. The trails will be hard and fast in the morning and then softening by the afternoon as the temperature rises above zero. Watch out for ice and bare spots. The inner Purple in the pit is not recommended as there are a number of bare spots and ice but is skiable. All downhills are covered. All trails have been groomed this evening except for the Yellow between the Pavilion and the Orange and the Blue Trail. While the temperature is below zero the trails will be hard and fast with ice present in some areas such as the Causeway and the inner Purple loop in the pit. The temperature for Saturday is forecast to be above zero towards the afternoon which will soften the trails and provide for a safer ski for Novice skiers. Skiers may also encounter bare spots in some locations, so Caution is advised.
