Trail Conditions

Dec. 7, 2025

Complete trail system has been groomed mid morning through this afternoon. Not Blue past the fire pit.Skiers are enjoying themselves and flurries as promised in the weather forecast began to fall at 3:30 PM. Take care on hills on red trails as leaf debris is still a possibility. Otherwise members who have been out skiing in recent days are beginning to think about breaking out their skate skis!

The trails were last groomed on November 30, when we received about 15cm of snow. Since then we have received a daily dusting of snow but not enough to groom again. However, members and guest with their own equipment, who pay at the honesty box, have been skiing. Rock skis are recommended. Caution is needed when skiing the areas where the trails have been widened and modified, as there are a number of roots protruding. These areas are:

1 The Orange Trail from the Yellow back 200m.
2 Livingston Lane.
3 The Yellow along County Road 16 and other locations along the Yellow up to Ally Opps.
4 The Inner and Outer Red. Several locations.
5 The Purple from the Pit to Post 29.

New Snow arrived overnight and today. Approximately 15cm. All trails have been groomed except the Yellow Trail from the Pavilion to Orange. The base is thin but skiable and according to a number of our long term members ” very good ski today”. The snow is wet as the temperature has risen to 0°C. Hoping for more snow overnight. Caution when skiing as there are a number of roots protruding in the areas where the trails have been widened and modified. These areas are:
