Trail Conditions

We had 5 to 10cm of wet snow during the night. All trails except the blue have been groomed. The base is improving but still thin. Skiing should be good but exercise caution for hazards on the trails.

We had a few centimetres of new snow last night. A number of trails have been groomed this morning. The base is still quite thin so caution should be exercised when skiing. The new Pit Trail should be avoided as there is some water in a few places.

We received about 5cm of new wet snow last night. A number of trails have been groomed with the exception of the Yellow from the Pavilion to Ken’s Lane, the Orange from Carpet Land to Yellow and the Blue. Exercise caution as there may be roots and rocks exposed. The snow is very sticky which may accumulate on the bottom of skis affecting glide.

What snow had accumulated earlier in the week has mostly melted with the warmer temperatures Thursday and overnight. Skiing is not recommended.

Expected snow accumulations today may permit skiing on the weekend.

The trails have been prepared for the 2023-2024 season, and we are waiting for snow! Skiers have been out on the little bit of snow that fell earlier this week, but the trails are not groomed. Rock skis are recommended, if you decide to ski.

No more grooming operations this season unless we get significant snowfall and colder temperatures.

Spring Skiing Conditions in Effect.

Caution: Ice and Bare Areas!

A number of trails have been groomed today. Some bare spots, some icy areas and thin base with new snow cover. The purple in the pit  and the yellow from the pavilion to Orange should be avoided. Not bad for this time of year!

Small amount of new snow. No grooming. Expect bare spots and ice. Spring skiing in effect.

No grooming of the trails today. We had some new snow last night which has made for a good spring skiing experience this morning according to a long time club member.
