***Due to Public Health restrictions and requirements, there will be changes to Mono Nordic Ski Club operations this season. Details will be posted as soon as they are available.***

Membership Benefits

Mono Nordic Ski Club members have unlimited access to the 16 km of groomed cross country ski trails at the Club’s Monora Park location. Our basic membership fees are used to cover the cost of maintaining and grooming the club’s cross country ski trails as well as the capital costs of associated grooming equipment and rental of the Monora Park Pavilion.

Our Members Contribute in Many Ways

Membership in the Mono Nordic Club shows your commitment to helping the club achieve its mission of making cross-country skiing accessible and affordable to our community. With your support, we can provide more people with opportunities to stay active, healthy and participate in this lifelong activity. Membership in the Club also affords the opportunity to participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting and help to shape the future of the Club.

When you register, be sure to indicate whether you would like to volunteer with the Mono Nordic Ski Club. We have many volunteer opportunities, including helping out with events (Race Day, Family Day, Ladies Day, Open House), trail work parties, Jackrabbits, volunteering at the Pavilion, or participating on the Club Executive managing the operation of the Club.

New members are offered our discounted volunteer rates for the first year to encourage them to try out cross country skiing in an affordable way. You can register here.

Ski Equipment Rentals

Seasonal Equipment Rentals are available to Mono Nordic members at a cost of $50/season. We make a limited number of sets of older rental equipment (skis, poles, boots) available for members to rent on a seasonal basis. Equipment can be picked up at our Open House each November or during ski season operation hours at the Monora Park Pavilion. As skis, poles and boots are specific to the individual, rentals are limited in availability. Those wishing to rent skis are encouraged to do so at their earliest opportunity.

Daily Equipment Rentals are available at a cost of $10/day.  We are pleased to offer Classic ski equipment for adults and children as well as a limited amount of Skate ski equipment for adults. Much of our daily rental equipment is quite new, having been purchased in 2017 or 2018.
