Now that we have had one good sleep in our own beds, like me, you may have taken the time to realize what a great team week-end we had.  A lot of effort went into the planning and execution of the week end and I would like to take the opportunity to thank our coaches and Nancy Martin for this.  John, Laurianne, George and Shawn all spent time away from their families  to cook, clean and put us through our paces along with Scott.  The topics of discussion were informative and will help everyone plan not only for this year but for the years ahead as athletes.  The food was delicious and abundant!

Thanks a lot coaches for making this opportunity available to the athletes, young and younger!  Have a great week.
